Indoor maintenance	From shelves to new light fittings or hinges changed. All internal work undertaken.

Flat pack	All flat pack work undertaken.

Roofing including felt and batoning	Small repairs to complete makeovers

Tiling	All tiling (wall and floor) work undertaken from top to bottom.

Outdoor maintenance (including fencing, shed building, patios & paving)	All work undertaken - no job too small or big.

Painting & Decorating (including wallpapering and artexing)	All work undertaken from complete houses to small fixes.

Computing	A qualified Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) & Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) in 2000.

Electrical	Re-wiring older properties; wiring new properties; replacing consumer units; light fittings; showers etc.

Plumbing	Experience of all types of plumbing from full heating systems to bathroom and kitchen installations.

Carpentry	Have done all types of carpentry ie door hanging, studwork walls, floors, roofs, beds and wardrobes, sheds, door linings, kitchen fitting, kitchen worktop mitring, cupboards etc.
